First Thought: Jesus

Before you open your eyes, 
Before you get out of bed, 
Before you think any other thought, 
Think on Jesus, 
And hand Him your day.  

This strategy for walking in oneness with Christ has made all the difference in my days.

What is Jesus saying over your day today? Ask Him.

Lord, what do You want to say over my day today? Show me something I didn’t expect. Surprise me with Your love. Teach me something new I need today or for a future battle. Walk with me throughout the day, guiding me and flowing Your Spirit through me to do more than I could ever think or imagine. Because only through You are all things possible. Remind me of that today. Remind me to think on You, invite You into my every moment, so You can use me any way You desire. Turn my ordinary moments into extraordinary God-moments. Today and every day. In Your name, Jesus. Amen.
