Surrendering to God My 2025

Father God, I give You my life. I give You all of me. All of my relationships. My home. My marriage. My family. My career. My past. My future. My now. My hopes. My dreams. My gifts. My talents. My joys. My sorrows. My accomplishments and failures. My love. My all. My everything is Yours. I don’t know what 2025 will hold, but I want to give every moment into Your hands. I want to make it a year of living this life the way You desire. Give me courage to love, especially when it involves sacrifice. Give me the resolve to follow through with the plans You’ve set out for me, and remind me not to do them in my own strength, but to lean on Your empowering. Make me an empty vessel ready to be filled only with You. Drain me of my pride and fill me with confidence in You. Let Your unfailing love carry me through my darkest nights. Lift me up onto Your shoulders to see each situation through Your eyes and fight every battle with Love as my banner. Don’t let me miss the opportunity to share Your Good News with those who struggle in darkness. Show me how to love them in such a way that they will experience the truth of who You are and long for Your plans for their life to pursue them and overtake their own. Make me gentle and kind in spirit, noticing others’ needs and fulfilling them the way You would. In this coming year, Lord, let them see Jesus. When they look at me, let them see Love. Faith. Hope. Joy. Peace. You. Yes, Lord, let them see You in me. This is my cry, for I must decrease, and You, O Father, must increase. I am just one tiny, feeble person. But in You, I am stronger than an army, more powerful than my enemy. For the power of Love lives in me. The greatest power of all. This is how I want to fight my battles, Lord. Loving You and loving those You bring me to love. This is my prayer for 2025. Let me be wholly, completely Yours.
