Healing of the nations – Revelation 22:1-5

Lord, we praise You for the latest news of yet more peace in the Middle East (See Sudan to Normalize Relations with Israel and Administration Brokers Breakthrough Mideast Deal.) Father, we ask You now for healing of the nations. We ask You to make a way for all to know the Good News of Your love. For barriers to fall that have long blocked people’s hearts and kept them from You. For the veil to be lifted from their eyes so they can see You as You truly are. Meet the lost in their dreams, speak to them throughout the day, call them to Yourself, right the wrongs in their lives through the transformational power of Your love and grace, save them, Lord, and heal them. Bring about a Great Awakening to You in all the nations of that region, and all throughout the world. We ask You for signs and wonders and miracles by Your hand so vibrant and full of grace that no one can refute You alone are God and You alone are Love. Let this time in history be known as the decade when millions and millions who never had the chance to truly know You before now turn to Christ and worship You alone. Empower Christians to step up in love and grace, to give so abundantly of those aspects of Your character that everyone around them will see the difference in them, and be drawn to the peace and joy in their lives, longing so desperately for You that they will lay down everything else they’ve been running after for the one pursuit of intimacy with Christ.
