God’s word to you for 2021

Have you had a chance yet to do ask the Lord what He wants to speak over your 2021? (Feel free to share in the comments.)

This coming year is going to be especially important for doing that, because things are likely to shake up in the world and in our country all the more. Is your heart ready? Will your thoughts and reactions be His?

No matter what He wants to do in your year, the most important thing He does will be inside your heart. So, start this year out with surrender. Ask Him what He wants to do, and then let Him empower you to join Him there.

As you step into the new year, ask the Lord if He has a special word, verse or something else He wants to say. Purpose to make every plan His

  1. 2020 was a disastrous year as the evil one came against my marriage and our family during the pandemic. We were able to resolve that we’d never let Satan have any victory like that over us again. On New Year’s Eve, Philippians 3:13-14 was given to me. “Forgetting what lies behind and reaching out to what lies ahead, I press on to the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.” 2021 is a year for me to draw NEAR to God and to remind myself of His NEARNESS to me. I deal with anxiety as an outcome of (brain) surgery in 2018, and that was magnified during last year as well. My word, NEAR will be a special reminder and comfort this new year!
