A Prayer for the Lost

Today, let’s pray by name for our neighbors, our leaders, and our loved ones who don’t know Christ:

Lord, we ask You, please, to lift the veil from the eyes of (insert names of those you know need Jesus) so they can see You as You truly are. Give them a hunger for You, O God. Meet them in their dreams, talk to them throughout the day. Pursue them relentlessly, and love them into Your arms. Tear down every barrier that stands in the way, and set them free from the chains that bind them to Satan’s purposes for their lives. Open up the way for them to hear Your Good News in such a way that they fully understand, and give their lives to You. When they cry out to You, O Lord, answer them. Come quickly to their rescue, and save them. Change their lives so dramatically that everyone around them will take note, and long for You, as well. In Your glorious name, Jesus. Amen.
