ISRAEL: Edan Alexander, 21, American-Israeli soldier held hostage by Hamas in Gaza since October 7, 2023, was released yesterday. Pray for his salvation and healing from trauma. Pray God will meet every terrorist in their dreams, grip them with fear of the Lord, and bring them to repentance and salvation. Pray all remaining hostages will be released and make it safely home.
TURKEY: Decades of conflict with the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) has cost tens of thousands of lives. But on Monday, the militant group announced it will dissolve, so they can resolve their differences through non-violent means. Praise God for this end to the violence. Ask for His guidance in negotiations, and especially that He will meet Muslims on both sides in their dreams and in other powerful ways to show them the way to salvation.
USA: After talks with CHINA, resulting in lower tariffs, and some progress in nuclear talks with IRAN, President Trump meets with leaders of SAUDI ARABIA, QATAR and UAE today through May 16 to discuss economic and other agreements. Pray God will give all leaders in these nations wisdom in all conversations and negotiations, but especially that He will give them a hunger for Truth so strong they will seek Him with all their hearts and find Jesus. Pray peace will reign in the Middle East and throughout the world.
KASHMIR: A sudden ceasefire began Saturday, after four days of conflict between INDIA and PAKISTAN over this region both countries consider their own. Praise God for this ceasefire, and ask Him to make a way for every heart in Kashmir, India and Pakistan to know the good news about Jesus. Pray they will lay down their idols and bow to the One True God.
