On Tuesday and Wednesday, nearly a dozen of President-elect Donald Trump’s appointees to the White House team and Cabinet were targeted by violent threats against them and their families.
Lee Zeldin received a pro-Palestinian themed message with a pipe bomb threat against him and his family. Others threatened include Brooke Rollins, John Ratcliffe, Pete Hegseth, Elise Stefanik, Lori Chavez-DeRimer, Scott Turner, Howard Lutnick, Pam Bondi, and Matt Gaetz, whom Pam replaced as nominee for US attorney general.
Praise God, all are safe, but let’s pray for protection over our President-elect, who survived two assassination attempts this year, and over those being named to top leadership positions. 2 Chronicles 14:11.

Cabinet and Other Top Leaders
Lord, please protect those You are placing in top leadership positions for our country, including our President and Cabinet members. Rally Your angel armies around each one and be their Shield. Surround them with Your angels. Protect them from evil attacks against their life, body, health, reputation, mind, well-being, and family. Be their Counselor. Advise them daily, and give them humility to listen to Your lead in every decision and word. Take over their plans and dreams. Get up in their face, invade their space, and draw them to their knees before You to give their whole heart and life to You completely. Transform each of them so radically, the whole country will see the change, and hunger for You. Comfort them and give them peace, and silence the evil threats against them and their families. Teach them to rest in You, to not rely on their own understanding, but to seek You in all their ways, so You will direct their paths. Proverbs 3:5-7. Raise up men and women of true integrity and courage to take office where it counts, to restore order, truth, fairness, understanding, righteousness, the upholding of the constitution, unity, and Your good plans for all people. Rally Your armies to see to the fulfillment of Your plans. Protect our country, Lord, from every evil plot and targeted attack. Lord, we ask You for an awakening all across this nation, that millions will lay down their agendas and idols, seek You with all their hearts, and find You. Perform such mighty wonders that all will see You alone are God. May we return to being one nation under God. Fight for us, Lord. We need You. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
