Lord, we ask You for a great Awakening in this nation. Restrain what is wrong. Restore what is right. Draw those running for office and every government leader to Yourself in such powerful ways the veil will be lifted from their eyes and they will see You as You truly are. We ask You for a mighty movement of Your Spirit in every political office all throughout this nation. Perform miracles and signs and wonders to draw all eyes to You as the Sovereign One. Break the chains to evil, corruption and fear; and set leaders free to choose what is right and good so they will bless and not harm the people. Every day, O God, our nation loses more and more of its foundation on You and on freedom and unity. We ask You now to please turn the tables. Take down those who seek to take down the nation, and raise up those who desire to rebuild this country as one nation under God. Expose every lie in such a way that those involved will repent and choose Truth. Burn a hunger within every leader and influencer so severe they will seek You with all their hearts and find You. Jeremiah 29:13. Remove from office those who defy Your sovereignty, and raise up in their place those who listen to You. Awaken our leaders to Truth, O God. Awaken our nation to You.
