Awaken Us

Lord, how easy it is to follow our enemy’s paths, for wide they are. But the straight, high path that leads to You is narrow. Draw us there, Lord. Every leader, every heart throughout this whole nation … draw us into You. Get up in our face, reveal Your grace, and save us. We have wandered too far too long. Even those who believe in You have followed so many of the enemy’s paths. Forgive us, Lord. For we have chased after other idols when only You can give us the peace and joy we’re looking for.

We Your people call forth now in Your name a Great Awakening like never before in history. Awaken this nation — awaken the whole world — to YOU. Redeem us like only You can, and set us free. Even now, the enemy is pitting every scheme possible against Your forces of Light. But You, O God, are the FORCE to be reckoned with! Show Yourself strong in the sight of all nations. Do something glorious we never imagined possible, and rescue us into Your love.

Come join our army as we pray for the nations, for persecuted Christians, for their persecutors and for seekers who don’t know how to find Christ.
