Upcoming Elections

Lord of All, raise up godly leaders for this country — each leader of every office Your choice to suppress wrong and bring forth right. As more and more people let go of Heaven’s values and make compromises with the world’s, our choices for godly leaders grow slimmer and slimmer. So, we ask You, Lord, to raise up godly men and women who truly care about this nation, who will not fall to evil or selfish agendas, but will work together in unity to see freedom and justice prevail. Give every person running for office a hunger for You, courage to choose salvation, and wisdom to walk in Your ways. Stop those who censor or distort truth, and expose every lie. Give every voter, every person in this nation discernment to know what is right and courage to fight for what is good by Your standards, even when others oppose us. May every plot of the enemy fall to the ground, until freedom, wisdom, peace, right, justice and safety are restored. Bring forth a Great Awakening in our nation and all across the world, turning all eyes to You. Meet us in our dreams, get up in our face, invade our space. Pour out Your love in such powerful measures in our government, churches, workplaces, homes, schools, media and in every heart that Your light shines into every dark corner, illuminating it with grace and Truth. Break the chains that have bound us to enemy purposes, and set us free to choose Yours. Show such love and signs and miracles that none can deny Your grace and sovereignty. Turn back all darkness and evil with Your goodness and light. Wake us up to the truth of who You are. Draw the lost to salvation and the saved to oneness with You. Give us each wisdom and courage to promote the things of Your heart and fight against enemy plans, but to do it through Love’s guidance, not haughty or demeaning others, but truly loving those we disagree with. Whether we acknowledge You as Lord or not, guide us into Your purposes. Pursue every heart so intimately and personally we will not be able to resist Your advances. Give us such a longing for You we will lay down every idol and sin we’ve been wastefully spending money, time or energy on, fix our eyes on You, and run for Heaven’s prize. Open our eyes to see You as You truly are. Soften our hearts to surrender to Your love and to choose loving and obeying You above every other agenda. We lay this nation in Your hands, O God, and ask You to turn the tide of battle. You alone are the winning side. We side with You. In Your name, Jesus. Amen.
