Perhaps the biggest election year in history, 2024 has been dubbed “Super Election Year,” with more than 60 nations holding national elections involving some 2 billion voters.

FRANCE: Parliamentary elections on June 30 and July 7 will also determine the prime minister position.
IRAN: After a helicopter crash killed President Ebrahim Raisi last month, elections for a new president are set for tomorrow.
MAURITANIA: Presidential elections June 29.
UK: General elections July 4.
USA: First presidential debate is tonight in Georgia for November 5 elections.
VENEZUELA: Presidential elections July 28.
RWANDA: General elections July 15 for President and Chamber of Deputies.
SYRIA: Parliamentary elections July 15.

Sovereign God of the Whole Earth, we call upon You now for the nations. You are in control. Nothing happens but that You allow it, and if You allow it then You have a purpose. So we trust You, Father, for the results of these elections. All across the world, swing votes in Your favor. Bring into power those who desire to bless, not persecute; to do good, not destroy lives; to bring freedom, not oppression; to open the way for Your good news to be preached freely to every heart. Give every person running for office a hunger for You that far surpasses their desire for power or money. Lift the veil from their eyes so they will see You as You truly are. Visit them in their dreams. Talk to them throughout the day. Break the chains that bind them to other gods and set them free to repent and turn to You. Raise up Christians and sympathizers to run for office who will follow Your wisdom and open doors for Your good news to reach every tribe, tongue and nation. In so many of these countries Your people are persecuted greatly. Please put into place lawmakers and laws that protect citizens and Christians in every country. Put wise Christians in places of influence to affect other influences, to show them the way of salvation and lead to faith those who will in turn open the way for many more to come to faith. Awaken the nations and leaders of nations to Your love, Lord. Move hearts to do the things of Your heart and minds to have the mind of Christ, until every person in every nation has seen Your glory and heard the goods news of Your salvation.
