More than 114 countries have joined us here at the Prayer Wall since we began in 2020. Today, our prayer is for the USA, but it is written so you can also pray for your own nation.
We hope you will join us for 30 days of Prayer for Global Awakening March 11-April 4, 2024, as we pray for every heart in every nation to awaken to Christ’s love.
Lord, we pray for this nation. Awaken us. Revive us. Remind us of the things that matter most. And heal us. We ask You to be a Shield around those who are working for Your purposes. May every evil attack fall to the ground or bounce back to hit the enemy in the face. Lord, we are well aware that Satan is like a prowling lion ready to devour. Keep us on the alert to recognize his schemes and to do the opposite of what he wants. So many seek power only to destroy what is good and bring forth chaos. Expose politicians who have evil purposes in mind, and open the eyes of those who have been blind to see what is true, and to make wise choices that bless this nation, rather than tear it down. Rebuild us. Renew us. Restore us to You. Father, we ask You to give every heart a hunger for You so severe that we will seek You in earnest, and find You. Jeremiah 29:11-14. Restore to us the future that is good that You have planned for us and for generations yet to come. Put into place leaders who will bless, not curse; build up, not tear down; speak truth, not slander; seek You, not evil; act wisely, not foolishly. Lord, Your Word says that in the last days, evil will be more pronounced, and good will shine all the brighter because of that darkness. Make Your people shine like the stars, drawing everyone around us to You by the light of Your love in us. Daniel 12:3, Philippians 2:1-16. Father, at this time, when child and spousal abuse have been on the increase, and pornography and divorce as well. Oh, Lord, we ask You for the families! Flood every home with Your presence and Your angels. Block pornographic websites. Stop every wrong, and bring forth right. Calm tempers and bring forth love, and especially faith in You. 1 Corinthians 13. Set us free from the strongholds that push us to hurt ourselves and others with our words and actions. Conquer our lies with Your truth. Give us courage to surrender to You. Provide for all our needs, and do it in a way that we know it is You. When we cry out to You, hear us, O Lord, and come to our rescue. Be a Shield around the children. Meet them in their fearful moments, and show Yourself strong on their behalf. Fight for them. Heal their minds, hearts, and bodies. Set them free from every lie the enemy is trying to plant within them, and call them to Yourself. May this generation be a generation of healers — those who have been healed by You, who bring healing to the nations. Raise up Your church now, Lord, to be a people set apart, marked by faith, hope, love, truth, joy, and peace. Give every person who seeks to silence Your voice of truth a Damascus-Road experience, where they stop their slander and folly, and fall to their knees to worship You instead. Lord, this nation, these people, our homes, our hearts, our all … we lay in Your hands. Be our Sovereign. Meet us where we are, and bring this nation back to You. In Your name. Amen.
