How are you doing these days with love? In what ways has the enemy used you to weary, slander, attack or hurt someone you love? How have you allowed the troubles of this world to consume your thoughts and determine how you feel and act? Has the enemy stolen your peace and joy? Do you want it back again? Because there is a way to be free*.
Lord, please help us to love as You first loved us, to step out in the full power of Your perfect love flowing through us. Help us lay down the things that stand in our way, our selfishness pride, self-defense, anger, unforgiveness, and more. Help us stand up with our full armor on, mighty in the power of Your love, and realizing our enemy is not that person next to us. The battle we fight is not against flesh and blood, but against satan and his demons. Teach us to remember which side to fight on. Remind us that when we love, that’s how we win. Our enemy can’t understand love. It is alien to him. But then, so are we. Aliens. Our home is not on this Earth. And it’s not in hell’s army fighting against our brothers and sisters in Christ. Our home is Heaven. It is You, Lord. Love is our Home. 1 John 4:8.
