Let’s pray for the hearts and minds of each person in the US House of Representatives by name, as we ask the Lord for a Great Awakening in the USA.
- Pray God will awaken every representative to hunger and thirst for Him. Pray those who have fought against Him will give up the fight and give in to His love. Pray He will bring into their circles Christians with such peace, joy and meaning in life, they will long for that in their own hearts, and ask questions that lead to salvation.
- Many representatives, even those who have fought against God’s purposes, have had some sort of Christian influence at some point in their lives. Pray God will remind them of the truth they have heard, and give them a longing for what is right and good. Pray He will lead them to a church where they can hear His Word preached from His heart, and they will make that church their home. Pray Truth will come alive in their hearts, knocking down the lies, and setting them free to love the Lord, this country, and even those they have considered enemies.
- Pray God will speak to each representative in powerful and personal ways so persuasive they will trade their agendas for His,
- Pray God will give every representative His wisdom, and the courage and power to do what is wise and right. Pray He will use them to overturn political fads that endanger our children, economy, security, freedom, lives and future.
- Pray every representative will become a champion of truth, exposing lies and corruption.
- Pray every representative will courageously vote in each decision according to what is upright and good by Heaven’s standards, not out of fear of man or according to their party’s harmful agendas.
- Pray God will guide the drafting of wise and upright legislation that will bless and protect this country and its citizens, and that these will smoothly and easily pass as laws this year.
- Pray for the overturning of legislation that has already been made that propagates satan’s purposes and lines the pockets of those who choose his paths.
- Pray for those who are rising up to address issues now that have long been swept under the rug. Pray every truth will clearly be heard by Congress and the whole nation, and God will set right all wrongs done. Pray those who have broken laws and worked evil against this country will be brought to justice. Pray laws will be put in place to guard freedom, lives and the well-being of every citizen. and to safeguard against corruption and evil in government, media, pharma, education, the judicial system and all other areas where the enemy has tried to win.
- Pray for the downfall of those in positions of leadership bent on corruption and evil. Pray God will replace them with wise men and women who have the courage to do what is right and let the Lord guide their decisions.
- Pray He will raise up a House that fears the Lord, not man, that makes decisions to turn our nation in right directions, opening the way for a great awakening all across every state, in every city, every home and every heart.
