Let’s pray for US Senators by name, as we ask the Lord for a Great Awakening in the USA.

  • Pray God will awaken every heart in the Senate to hunger and thirst for Him. Pray those who have fought against Him will give up the fight and give in to His love.
  • Pray He will bring into their circles Christians with such peace, joy and meaning in life, they will long for that in their own hearts, and ask questions that lead to salvation.
  • Most in the Senate have had some sort of Christian influence at some point in their lives. Pray God will bring to mind good things from those experiences and give them a longing to return to those roots. Pray He will lead them to a church where they can hear His Word preached from His heart, and they will make that church their home.
  • Pray Truth will come alive in their hearts, knocking down the lies, and setting them free to love the Lord, this country, and even those they have considered enemies.
  • Pray God will speak to each senator in powerful and personal ways so persuasive they will trade their agendas for His,
  • Pray God will give every senator His wisdom, and the courage and power to do what is wise and right. Pray He will use them to overturn political fads that endanger our children, economy, security, freedom and future.
  • Pray every senator will become a champion of truth, exposing lies and corruption.
  • Pray every senator will courageously vote in each decision according to what is upright and wise by Heaven’s standards, not according to their party’s harmful agendas.
  • Pray God will raise up the senators He desires for upcoming elections and give them favor with all people. Pray He will guide their thoughts, give them courage to do what is right, and lead their decisions.
  • Pray He will raise up a Senate that fears the Lord, not man. That makes decisions to turn our nation in right directions, opening the way for a great awakening all across every state, in every city, every home and every heart.
