What makes you anxious these days? Soaring prices? The news? Lack of time? Broken appliances? Broken relationships? All of the above and more? Take a moment to close your eyes, tune everything out and ask the Lord.
I feel the Lord speaking to our hearts today….
“I know what you’re going through. I know every detail in every recess of your mind. I know the thoughts that send you spiraling into anxiety. I know the situations that make you weary. I know the people you love that you have been so worried about. I know how you fear for your children’s futures. I know. And I Am. Here with you. Now and always. Drop the things you’ve been holding onto so tightly, afraid they will disappear. Set them safely in My hands.
“I’ve got this. And I’ve got you.
“Do you not know? Have you not heard? I am the Lord Almighty. Nothing is impossible for Me. There are trials you must go through because the whole world is in trial these days. But fear not. I have overcome the world. And I have overcome already those things that have stressed you so.
“Believe in Me, that I have the power to do what is beyond your control. These difficulties you are going through feel so big in this moment, and indeed many of them are. But they are but a tiny particle of a hair-thin thread in a mighty tapestry I have been weaving since the beginning of time.
“Your life matters. What you think matters. How you react matters. It all matters. For those who have gone ahead and those who will come behind, you matter. But that doesn’t mean you must be afraid or carry the weight of the world on your shoulders. I already bore that burden for you. It was never yours to bear.
“So come to Me. For your today. For your tomorrow. For your every need. Stop taking on things I never asked of you. You have a choice. Make your every choice Me. When you rise in the morning, hand Me your day. Let Me move you away from the things that can wait, that do not have My mark on them. Step into what I am doing in you and through you. I want to guide you through, empower you, flow through you to do something much greater than what you know. Let Me provide what you need for this, and for the next trial, and for the next day.
“The problems of today will one day pass away. But My love lasts forever. Rest in My everlasting arms and let Me carry you.”
