30 Days of Prayer for Global Awakening
Bible Reading: Psalm 107
Lord, please awaken North Asia to You. So much darkness covers this land of around 125 unreached people groups. The Orthodox church has had more freedom with the fall of Communism, but still so many millions are lost without You. Awaken such a hunger for You that all will search for You and find You. Steal into every heart and home with Your truth, planting seeds that will sprout unto salvation. So many villages scattered throughout this region are quite remote, Father. Make a way for every tribe and tongue to have Your Word available to them in their language. Put Christians in the paths of those who travel to the cities who will share Your Good News in a way they can easily understand, then send those new converts back to their home villages to draw others into Your kingdom. Raise up Christians with a heart for the unreached who will live among them, learn their languages, and share Your Gospel message. Shine Your light into every corner of this vast area, inviting the lost into the warmth of Your love. For those who seek to end their lives, save them before it’s too late and flood them with Your joy. Then send them out to help others find their way into Your arms. Wherever people are needy, please care for them. When they cry out to You, answer them, O God, and save them. Let them see Your mighty hand perform miracles on their behalf. Provide the way of escape to each person shackled by human trafficking. Hold them in Your arms, tell them You love them and do something beautiful to demonstrate just how much. Haunt traffickers with dreams and visions of You. When You rescue those they have entrapped, open the eyes of everyone involved to see Your angels and Your hand at work, so they will tremble with fear of the Lord and fall at Your feet in repentance. Set traffickers free from their bondage to the enemy, and turn their lives around to live for You. Use those who believe in You to partner with You to rescue the enslaved and to share Your Good News with both captors and captives. Put people and resources in place to end human trafficking completely, Father. Spark a revival in this region that will spread like wildfire. Awaken this generation, even now. Raise up thousands of youth with fiery passion for You who will boldly share Your love, shining Your light into even the darkest of corners. May Your Kingdom come and Your will be done in North Asia.
Parallel Prayer: Our 30 Days of Prayer for Global Awakening coincides with Ramadan. April 2-May 1, Muslims throughout the world are fasting and seeking God right now. Let’s pray they find Him!
Lord, throughout this region, there are pockets of Muslims, where Your Gospel has not yet entered. Please make a way for every heart to know of Your love and grace. Let them hear Your Good News in a way they can easily understand. Open their hearts to hunger for Truth, for Love, for another Way other than the one they have been following, for Life where they have seen so much death. Through the extreme hardship so many in this region are experiencing right now, please bring Muslims to their knees before You. Put the name of Jesus on their lips, and then answer their every prayer through that name. And save them, Lord. Awaken Muslims in North Asia to You, and pull them into Your kingdom. In Your name. Amen.

You can also have your children research some of these countries to find the barriers to the Gospel, and then share those together with the family for prayer.
