Warfare Prayers for Ukraine

In the midst of Ukraine’s crisis, many missionaries and local Christians have chosen not to flee, but to stay and be a light in the darkness. Churches are gathering together in prayer, and some families are buying up supplies to be able to help those in need.

As Russia has now captured the Ukrainian city of Melitopol, NATO is in discussions at the request of several Eastern European nations, and China is making a show of connecting with Russia and North Korea, as well as flying yet more planes over Taiwan’s airspace, let’s join together with believers all over the world to push back the darkness and pray forth God’s purposes.

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Pray for

• Angel armies filling up every inch of the Ukraine, restraining wrong and bringing forth right
• Powerful confrontations between the Living God and every leader bent on evil aggression, such that they repent in fear of the Lord and surrender
• The crumbling of every oppressive regime, and new governments that repress wrong and extol right rising up in their place
• Chains to demonic forces broken on every level, setting hearts free to seek and encounter Christ
• Anointing and empowering of Christians to love abundantly and share the Good News in the midst of crisis and fear
• Hunger for the Lord to grow and overtake every heart, such that they seek Him and find Him
• Protection over the Ukrainian people, their soldiers, their capital, their president, their country
• Protection over believers and their families in Ukraine, abundant provision for their needs so they can bless others, and empowering and guidance as they seek to minister to those who are afraid and in need
• Hunger for Christ to grow in the hearts of troops from every nation now involved, that the Gospel would run through all of their ranks, setting hearts on fire to know the Lord
• Miracles and signs and wonders, dreams and visions, miraculous interventions, healings and most of all, heart transformations that turn all eyes to Christ
• An end to this war, peaceful resolution as Zelensky and Putin seek to talk together
• Wisdom for NATO in their discussions
• Wisdom for every government imposing sanctions and all other decisions
• A total breakdown of evil alliances and money used for evil, but ample provision for those seeking to do good
• Provision (in such a way that they know it comes from God) for poor families hit hard by inflation and lack of necessities
• A Great Awakening to Christ in every heart all across the world
