Rays of the Son

My daughter shared this: “I was out walking tonight and the sky was BEAUTIFUL! The sun was behind these clouds and just lit up the clouds around it, touching them all with gold. And these huge rays shot out from behind the cloud where the sun was. I got this beautiful picture of how God is that Sun and we, the body of Christ, are the rays. Not everyone can see the Sun, but they see the touches of gold, and they see those rays of light that shoot out and touch the darkness. Ah! I wanna be one of those rays.”

Pray we the church will be a light in the darkness, that others who may not yet see the Son or understand who He is or why He came will see His light in us and be drawn to the touch of His love and grace.
