Leading through Love – Matthew 22:37-40

Satan wants to keep us so busy with even good causes that we forget the eternal thing that matters most: Love. 1 John 4:8. How much we accomplish or how great others think we are won’t amount to anything in the end. Only how well we loved. 1 Corinthians 13.

So many marriages, families, teams, companies and organizations have fallen apart because leaders are more concerned with rules or control than with truly caring about those they lead and serve.

As Fathers Day approaches, let’s pray for parents, pastors, missionaries and other leaders and influencers to follow Christ’s example, leading not through control or fear, but through selfless love.
