Lord, please be with those who are in difficult circumstances due ice storms and other severe weather. Send Your angels to guard our homes, families, animals, property, cars, and businesses from any harm. Protect the power lines, trees, and water lines from breaking and causing harm. Give people wisdom to stay off the streets to prevent car accidents, and to be careful where they step to not slip on ice. Heal those who have already been injured. Rescue those who are in trouble. When they cry out to You, Lord, meet them in powerful ways and answer them. For those who have lost electricity, please keep them warm, Lord, and turn the power back on. And for all of us, Lord, please pull us up into Your arms and carry us through this and every hardship we’re facing right now. Remind us to look for what You’re doing in the midst of our storm and follow You there.
