Pray for the Light to overtake the darkness

Did you consider not celebrating Christmas this year? What got you thinking along those lines?

Christmas takes on a whole new meaning when you live where it is forbidden. (Read more at my blog.)

Pray for the Light to dawn in the darkness. Isaiah 9:2. For the underground church to grow so fast, so deep in love and truth, and so full of life, that even their persecutors will choose Christ. Pray those in restricted countries will find Christians over social media who will share the Good News with them so they can be saved. And pray for those from such countries who have now moved into your neighborhood. Ask the Lord how He wants you to reach out this Christmas to share His love.

“You are the light of the world. … Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.“ Matthew 7:14-16 NIV
